These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Quit Smoking for Life mobile application (the “App”), published by ZoneSoft S.R.L (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App helps you track the time since you quit smoking and estimates related figures such as money saved, cigarettes avoided and health milestones. It also shows a daily motivational message. The App is provided free of charge.

2. Not medical advice

The App is an informational and motivational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The health milestones and estimates it displays are general information based on public health sources and may not reflect your individual situation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for advice about quitting smoking or any medical condition.

3. Estimates are approximate

Figures such as money saved, cigarettes avoided and life regained are estimates calculated from the details you enter. They are indicative only and should not be relied upon as exact values.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes and to provide accurate information so the App can calculate your progress. You are responsible for the device on which you use the App.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, logo, design, text and graphics, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will help you stop smoking.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update or discontinue the App and may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
